Every destination has its flavours – this is my collection of the most memorable ones. What always surprises me is how similar some ingredients can be, even when places are far apart: in both Croatia and Rwanda, rice and potatoes appear in everyday dishes in their own unique ways.
Some of my favourite dishes were definitely in Barcelona (patatas bravas and homemade nachos) and on Tenerife, with paella and amazing brunches. And since I live in Vienna, I am always trying new places and cuisines – the city has so many international flavours to offer.
